Ensure documentation for Operations (work instructions, GMPs, etc.) are all up to date. Develop and optimize volume production manufacturing solutions for PCB assembly process Lead production Equipment specifications definition and the associated sourcing process (Capital Expenditures, Purchase Order,etc.) Follow up machine projects with external suppliers, from design to qualification. Bring new Equipment in plant according to specification, time and budget. Being able to travel to suppliers to monitor development activities and conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) or Machine capabilities Focus on quality of products produced in the production systems Support Quality team during RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and investigation of faulty products (A3 or 8D) Provide & analyse relevant data for products and/or machines with actions to be taken Support NPI team on initial customer & validation samples or future customer programs Assist in training of production operators and maintenance personnel on production equipment Technical Lead for improvement of OEE - equipment overall effectiveness and identify process improvements Comply with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental prevention standards Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules (5S) Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s in mechanical or Electronics Minimum of 2 years’ experience of Manufacturing Engineering in PCBs manufacturing environment 8D, A3, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Tools and standards knowledge: Solidworks, NiceLabel, Enovia, Microsoft Office, IPC standards Attention to detail, critical thinking and good communication skills Ability to work autonomy, effective team player with strong work ethic Adaptability with strong time management skills Analytical, technical and statistical skills What we offer to you: Competitive compensation and benefits package Contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
