Role Summary:
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).

Essential Responsibilities:
 Establish training system to operators (training& qualification material package preparation, as a trainer to qualify EE.)
 Familiar with drawing& tooling fixture design. and master the capability to write CNC program.
 Review customer specification and routing and WI preparation.
 Response to process routing verification and routing CT accuracy maintenance
 Identify and prepare new tools & fixtures for new orders and new products.
 Quick response to production concern investigation and action plan follow up. (EHS concern, customer complaint, voice from operators.)
 Other assignments from manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering and Automation.
 Familiar with the codes related to valve industry, such as ASTM, ASME, API, ANSI,etc. is preferred.
 At least 2 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing.
 Have hands-on skills to support production.
 Good knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Outlook, IE, etc.)
 Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
 Matured, patient and detail-oriented.
 Fluent in reading, writing and oral English.
