Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design of new product line, standard working hours, work instruction preparation, staff training, tooling fixture and special equipment development
• Responsible for the risk assessment and validation of Engineering Change, coordinate the operation change implementation and problem feedback tracking
• Maintain production line discipline (environment, safety, quality, equipment, efficiency, etc.)

Key Requirements

• Master degree of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical, industrial Engineering
• Be familiar with the product manufacturing technique and process
• Have a good knowledge of lean production knowledge and be familiar with basic quality management tools
• Have a good organization, coordination, communication and team cooperation skill, have good project management ability
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing
