• Supporting sales for new project quotation,which include production equipment investment and standard time calculation.
• Responsible for product process design include Poka Yoke and testing flow.
• Responsible for production continue improvement and truble shooting for daily production.
• According Global equipment Standard prepare production equipment techinical protocal, quotation and select siupplier together with purchasing.
• Follow up equipment building process and responsible for equipment acceptance ,and prepare document (Cmk, Gage R&R, checking sheet，etc.)
• Initial process parameter and verification.
• Prepare process document FEMA ,Flowchart,key characteristic,working instruction,and other PPAP document.
• Creat and mainten Standard time in SAP.
• Supporting internal process audit.
• Training operator.
• 支持新项目的前期ME报价，包括设备投资和标准工时
• 负责新产品的过程设计，防错及测试
• 负责现有项目的持续改善，配合解决现场生产制造相关问题
• 按照公司设备标准起草规划设备技术协议，询价并和采购部一起选择供应商
• 跟踪产线设备制造过程，并根据公司设备标准主导设备验收，准备设备相关验收的认证资料（Cmk,Gage R&R,其他点检表）
• 根据设备性能制定生产设备工艺参数。并验证可靠性
• 编写生产工艺相关的所有文件，PFEMA,工艺流程图，工艺特性,作业指导书或其他PPAP要求文件）
• 主导建立每一过程的标准时间并在SAP中维护
• 负责或支持新项目的内部过程审核
• 培训产线员工
• 完成主管安排的其他任务

Ihr Profil

• Some college preferred – minimum college graduate.
• 3 years related ME experience in automotive industry ,prefer in strong equipment experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Auto CAD.
• Be capable of working independently and also as a vital member of an mfg engineering support team.
• Prefer the equipment planning and building experience .and perform the euiqpment acceptance.
• Process design experience, preferred in the automotive industry. Fixture design and Poka Yoke knowledge.
• Must be multi-task oriented. Be to maintain confidential information.
• Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. IATF 16949, ISO14001, APQP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, 8D.
• Familiar with customer specific requirement (e.g. F-Q, Q1, GP).
• 大专学历及以上，机械设计，机电一体化，工业自动化
• 3年以上制造工程相关经验，有设备设计经验的优先
• 熟练使用MS Office软件(Word, Powerpoint, Excel)和AUOTCAD

• 装配工装的设计经验
