1)建立并执行长期BPS实施计划，推广所有BPS要素在LT内的实施，监控关键业绩指标，完成BPS评估；
2)BPS日常管理，包括价值流分析、价值流设计、价值流关键绩效指标追踪与报告等；
3)安全、环境、职业健康在价值流内的管理及持续改善；
4)5S在价值流内的管理及持续改善；
5)协调管理直接人员的相关培训，如安全培训、BPS培训、5S培训和新入职员工培训等；
6)项目管理，如生产相关指标的持续改善项目，问题分析以及解决项目等，做好质量控制、进度控制和成本控制，汇总并跟踪问题解决；
7)配合内外部审核，并推动解决审核中发现的问题；
8)完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
1)Develop and perform overall BPS implementation plan. Spread all BPS elements implementation within LT. Monitor KPI. Complete BPS assessment.
2)BPS regular management, including VSM, VSD, VS KPI tracking and reporting, etc.
3)EHS management and continuous promotion.
4)5S management and continuous promotion.
5)Coordinate workshop people training, e.g. safety training, BPS training, 5S training and new operator training.
6)Lead projects of System CIP, problem solving. Making good quality control, progress control and cost control.
7)Support internal and external audits and promote resolution of issues identified during the audit.
8)Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.

-大学本科学历, 技术或工业工程相关专业；
-流利的英语口语及书写能力；
-最少具备3年以上制造行业相关工作经验，其中1年以上精益生产实践；
-系统化的精益生产知识与方法论；
-具备一定的项目管理能力和系统改善能力；
-良好的沟通协调能力和清晰的思维逻辑. 具备较强的责任感和创新意识.
- BA degree in technical or Industry engineering field.
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
- Working Experience. More than 3 years in manufacturing, minimum 1 year in lean production practice.
- Systematic knowledge and methodology about Lean production system.
- Good project management skill and Strong capability in system improvement.
- Good communication and coordination skill. Clear thinking logic. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation.
