As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Represent manufacturing requirements during the product development cycle incl. DFM, PFMEA, DMR creation, process validation. You are responsible to maintain and improve manufacturing processes with the target to achieve highest process and quality standards Responsibility for an operational support in case of technical issues in production and support compliance to governmental regulatory standards. You identify, initiate and drive process improvements independently, set standards and share your experience across the organization. Establish and maintain key relationships with all relevant stakeholders This position may suit you best with the following qualifications and experience: Requires a minimum of 3-5 years related experience. Requires a Bachelor/Masters degree or equivalent in engineering or related discipline. Works on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other lower-level personnel. Must be competent with Word, Excel, Project, Power Point applications. Experience with Design of Experiments and statistical analysis packages. Six Sigma Belt Certification is a strong plus. Required skills to have for the success of this role Knowledge of engineering change and ERP system Ability to write engineering documents, test protocols and reports. Skills in engineering tools. Ability to carry out engineering calculations and analysis. Ability to perform component engineering design and changes.
