Responsibilities&Mini requirement 岗位职责&任职资格

岗位职责 Responsibilities:
识别改善机会并发起项目来改善生产率

Identify opportunities and initiate projects to improve productivity.

• 开展时间分析,定义和改善生产线平衡,作业测定、作业流程分析、联合作业分析、动作分析、布局分析等等支持价值流改善项目。

Execute time studies, define & improve line balances, work measurement, work flow analysis, work combination analysis, motion analysis and layout analysis to support VSM projects.

• 开展SMED改善,支持防错工装设计,支持人机工程改善

Conduct SMED,support error proofing tool design,and support ergonomics improvement activities.

• 支持建立标准化工作 Support creating standard work

支持价值流图的绘制与分析管理 Drive creating VSM and analysis
工业工程相关知识和工具培训. 并根据IE分析结果(例如时间分析,线平衡分析等等)培训团队识别浪费并有计划的消除浪费.

Provide IE knowledge/tools training. Train team to identify waste and eliminate waste according to IE analysis result such as time study line balance etc.

对项目数据进行分析,总结和汇报

Project data analysis, summarization and reporting

根据客户需求,计算机器产能

Calculate machine capacity according to customer demand.

支持小组活动

Support Small Group activities

与团队成员分享分析和改进报告,激励改进。

Sharing analysis report and improvement report with team to motivate improvement.

任职资格 Requirement:
本科及以上学历Colleges, University degree
被证明的过程工业工程改善实践经验或记录,至少三年实际操行经验,包括工业工程、精益推广Proved record of improving processes in a IE way and at least 3 years working experience in industrial engineering and lean operations.
被证明的IE7大工具使用经验。例如时间分析、作业测定、线平衡、作业流程分析、联合作业分析、动作分析、布局分析等等。理解精益知识包括价值流图,拉动系统,连续流,快速换型,5S, 目视管理等等。具有鱼骨图,柏拉图和根本原因分析、5WHY知识等等。Demonstrated use of 7 IE tools such as time study; work measurement;line balance; work flow analysis; work combination analysis; motion analysis; layout analysis etc. Understand lean knowledge about VSM, pull system, continuous flow, SMED analysis 5S,Visual Management etc. Fishbone, Pareto, RCCA, 5 WHY’s etc
具有分析和解决问题的能力, 项目管理经验,较好的英语书面口语表达能力,良好的沟通及协调能力;团队合作意识;熟练使用各种办公、绘图软件Problem analysis and solving skill; project management experience; good English both written and spoken; good communication and coordination ability; team work; Familiar with Microsoft office and Auto CAD software.
