1)  Develop / maintain the manufacturing processes / fixtures / tools.
2)  Develop / update Process-FMEA and control plan.
3)  Make manufacturing programs according to process requirement.
4)  Select and verify indirect material for production.
5)  Prepare / update working instructions for production.
6) Take the lead of solving the technical problems during manufacturing, with support from leadplant.
7)  Perform the tasks from raw material localization projects.
8)  Take the lead of new product introduction (NPI) project in AE value stream.
9)  Train line leaders & operator once new process / MAE / fixture / tool is introduced.
10)  Carry out continuous improvement activities and perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.
1)  制造工艺/工装夹具/工具的开发和更新。
2)  过程失效模式与影响分析以及控制计划的创建和更新。
3)  根据工艺要求编制加工程序。
4)  生产过程间接材料的选型和验证。
5)  作业指导书的创建和更新。
6)  主导解决制造过程中发生的工艺问题，并与主厂保持密切的沟通。
7)  参与原材料本地化项目并履行制造工程师相关职责。
8)  主导自动化与电气控制价值流新产品导入项目 （包含制造本地化）。
9)  负责新流程/机器设备/工装夹具/工具引入后的员工培训。
10)  开展有关质量提升、效率优化以及安全等持续改善活动。

- BA degree and majored in Mechanical manufacturing.
- Fluent English both in speaking and in writing.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Servo-Motor manufacturing engineering.
- Familiar with quality management system, product development process (e.g. PEP), new product introduction process, equipment management procedure and production management procedures.
- Has a good command of P-FMEA, CP, seven basic tools of QC, problem-solving methods (e.g. 6Sigma, 8D, PSS) and the seven basic tools of IE.
- Good project management skill.
- Good communication and coordination skill. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation.
- 大学本科或以上学历, 机械制造等相关专业。
- 流利的英语口语及书写能力。
- 最少具备3年以上伺服电机制造工程相关工作经验。
- 熟悉质量管理体系、产品开发流程（如PEP）、新产品导入流程、设备管理流程和生产管理流程等。
- 熟练掌握P-FMEA，QC七大手法、常用的问题解决方法（如六西格玛、8D、PSS）以及IE七大手法等。
- 良好的项目管理能力。
- 良好的沟通协调能力. 具备较强的责任感和创新意识。
