1.Metal carrier surface treatment, including phosphate, silane treatment, bonding and rubber mixing and other rubber related process;

2.New products trial run, main rubber molding product;

3 . Prepare PPAP documents for new products
including PFMEA/CP/WI 。update related documents after SOP;

4. Work with team for new equipment ECAP, new equipment and fixture validation for new project ;

5. Monitoring process parameters, continuously improve process capability, update process documents, reduce scrap, etc

6.Cycle time verification and process optimization ;

7. Operator training about manufacturing processes knowledge

8. Lead/support lean and productivity projects;

9. Support job assigned by department manager .

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanic/ automobile engineering/material or other rubber molding products related subject

2.English CET-4 or above, fluent in both oral and written English, good communication skill.

3.At least 5 years experiences, no less than 3 years experience as a manufacturing/process/material engineer;

4.As a manufacturing/process engineer, has a successful experience in product launch, introduce/lead the whole manufacturing process from OTS to SOP;

5.Has basic knowledge of Rubber molding (injection/compression molding) or other similar equipments, has the ability to operate machine and also be capable of training people.

6.Strong ability of analysis and solve manufacturing/process problem independently, basic knowledge about mechanic, tooling;
