Job Description for MFG Engineering Assistant (Mechanical)

Role and Responsibility

• Create BOM and work instruction for assembly level
• Coordinate jigs and tools fabrication with supplier
• Support material & part evaluation from alternative supplier
• Update drawing and release ECR/ECO in Agile
• Set up and validate new tester
• Assist Engineers in problem-solving and troubleshooting

Role Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferably with 3D CAD knowledge/experience (e.g. SolidWorks/Creo)
• Preferably with experience on product assembly and testing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with cross-functional levels.
• Able to work night shift
