Job Requirements
- Support engineering team in the assembly and test builds such that are completed as scheduled and according to required specifications, drawings and procedure.
- Assist Engineers in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Work on CAD (SolidWorks) with product engineering team.
- Collect data and generate reports.
- Support engineers in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities such as BOM set up, documentation and first article material management
- Provide support to Engineering team for activities such as first level failure analysis, manufacturing First Pass Yield (FPY) improvement, manufacturing process improvement, data collection and evaluating alternate parts for End of Life (EOL) parts replacement.
- Maintain and ensure systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO, Regulatory and housekeeping requirements. Comply with manufacturing discipline and Clean room protocol
- Execute activities with other department to ensure common goals are met.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Electronics or EE or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or R&D environment, preferably in a Life Science or Medical Device, or Consumer electronics industry.
- Preferably with CAD work experience.
- Preferably with experience on product assembly and testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate with cross-functional levels.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation (engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, schematic and block diagrams)
