1. Develop the long range manufacturing strategy framework leading to world class competitive & automated manufacturing processes.
2. Identify emerging technology opportunities; formulate and execute development and application programs/projects for high value opportunities.
3. Plan and direct all scientific and technical studies and keep company management informed of pertinent technical and political trends and effecting technical programs to enhance and maintain the design frontier image of the company.

4. Own development of operational capabilities to lead the industry in the most cost effective manufacturing footprint, timely execution of new product projects, excellence in core manufacturing technologies, and manufacturing engineering organization strength to establish and sustain long term competitive position.
5. Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and product engineering to ensure that the products developed are designed for manufacturability and have a robust supply chain.
6. Work with Automation team to ensure that automation program strongly support the fulfillment of business unit objectives.
7. Recruit, train and motivate team members, balance resources, set-up priorities and promote communications and teambuilding.

1. Familiar with low pressure casting of copper alloy or plating process in the past working.

2. Minimum 10 years in process position of manufacturing industry.

3. Bachelor degree in an engineering field, MBA/EMBA degree preferred.

4. Motivated and competent at solving complex technical tasks in a timely and success-orientated manner and delivering results within a complex and global organization.

5. Excellent bilingual capabilities as to use both Chinese and English as work languages.

6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
