The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will ensure the productivity of our production processes driving CIP, quality, yield, and cost improvement as well as handling capital projects and new product or process integration.

• Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products.
• Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
• Acts as a liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
• Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products.
• Define, plan and coordinate the activities of an Engineering group, outside of day-to-day responsibilities, to meet both short and long term goals as dictated by Director level personnel.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both oral and written in English
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills
• Project Management Proven Skills – Multi Site/Global
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Experience (not needed for a Technology position)
• TPS or Lean Manufacturing Principles (not needed for a Technology position)
• CAD (AutoCAD, PRO-E), MSOffice, ERP (Tetra, QAD, Mapics, etc) systems experience (not needed for a Technology position)
• Data Driven Individual
• Attention to detail
• Prefer on thermal industrial with Assembly / fixture design/ Automation / soldering capability
