1. Leads a manufacturing engineering team that includes Engineers, production in activities that support the development, sustaining and continuous improvement of world-class manufacturing processes.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to production for engineering issues.
3. Conduct and coordinate in formal Process Validations including protocol development and execution.
4. Manage all technical aspects of the ECO process into production organization.
5. Ensure new processes have adequately demonstrated specified process and test control capabilities, through being the Champion for PFMEA, DFM, DFSS, CAPA.
6. The incumbent establishes and controls the budget for the sustaining and continuous improvement of existing Manufacturing methods, processes and equipment.
7. Responsible for supporting the Corrective/Preventive Action process, and for product quality in the factory.
8. Drives activities related to sustain and improve process yield, throughput, cost and safety.
9. Manages the collection and analysis of factory data and determines priorities and action plans for the team based on the results.
10. Provides significant influence on the funding of all manufacturing projects and investments.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely-related field
2. Minimum 7 years Manufacturing Engineering/Manufacturing Operations experience with a minimum of 3 years supervisory or management experience.
3. Power Device Assembly and PCBa Manufacturing Experience is Preferred.、
4. Project Management skills
5. Process verification and validation knowledge.
6. Full working knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma , and other modern Continuous Improvement tools & techniques
7. Demonstrates process improvement skills. Demonstrates strong computer skills.
8. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
9. Excellent communications skills.
10. Fair in English
