In the Industry Marketing organization, we are aligned across Siemens Digital Industry Software’s (DISW) core strategy of bringing solutions to market by industry. Our Manufacturing Engineering solutions allow customers to create 3D factor designs faster and optimize factory operations. By developing 3D virtual models of production systems, customers can optimize factory layouts and ensure that factors such as clearance, energy, noise and safety are considered before starting production. By giving design teams the ability to see the outcome of plans in virtual facilities you can avoid costly expenses and wasted resources that occur when problems are discovered in real facilities. The leader in this role ensures we develop marketing strategies, campaigns and plans to support achievement of our strategic revenue objectives aligned with our go-to-market model. What do you need to realize what matters. Define and own the Manufacturing Engineering solutions campaigns. Develop messaging and solution content, and project management activities for the campaigns in order to grow our business for the Manufacturing Engineering solutions. Leads marketing activities as a senior level marketing manager in a large corporation. This includes oversight and management of sales/field enablement strategies for marketing campaigns, ensuring easy, one-stop access to marketing collateral, delivering training and other enablement activities. Works with DI business partners and other executives to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive DI and DI SW strategies, plans and campaigns. Achieve alignment with DI and DI SW senior management to align on joint solution go-to-market model Work with DI and DI SW stakeholders to implement and maintain the DI and DI SW solutions into the universal campaign organization and numbering scheme (Solution Map).
