Job Description

The Manufacturing IT ServiceNow Developer your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Works as part of a team to design, configure, develop, troubleshoot, and implement both out of the box and custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform.

  • Must also manage the platform to ensure operational stability.

  • Contribute to the scoping, development, deployment, and ongoing administration of ServiceNow modules. Includes existing capabilities as well as those discovered through future continual improvement initiatives.

  • Use technical subject matter expertise and business acumen to identify opportunities and defects and provide solutions that work for the business.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to align on requirements and design, then implement solutions.

  • Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development and operation of the platform.

  • Open to integrating ServiceNow with custom and other vendor systems to provide solutions to business problems.

  • Be an engaged listener, willing to work with customers and stakeholders to define then execute the improvement roadmap.

  • Passionate about making employees lives easier through speedy, effective development of practical solutions.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other related field.

  • 4+ years of hands-on technical experience configuring or customizing the ServiceNow platform to improve user efficiency and effectiveness.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Service Now certifications.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
