As a Manufacturing Integrator, Integrating various groups to deliver loading and executions strategy. Delivery performance links to the organization’s goal such as delivering BIC output performance LIPAS and Cycle Time. Coordinating the overall loading strategy to execution team such as Mfg operations & Engineering team by monitoring the overall WIP flow to support shift target and delivery. Responsibility for managing the priority to LIPAS/Uplift, Static WIP, and On-hold for daily shift executions. Able to guide FLMs in a clear direction to ensure the shift target and strategy able to achieve. Provide the delivery impact assessment during excursion management, able to work with various stakeholders for recovery loading plan and manage the execution strategy per xRB team’s decisions. Lead or partner with FLM’s on improvement projects to improve efficiency.
