Main Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Responsible for the daily operation and development of Production Dept. to ensure that on-time deliveries and quality objectives are met.

2. Responsible for developing efficiency strategies to meet production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.

3. Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with EHS rules and regulations and make continuous improvement of EHS system.

4. Responsible for identifying training requirements, giving performance reviews and motivating staff for better performance.

5. Maintain and improve a clean and organized workshops according to Lean and 5S requirements.

6. Apply lean tools to improve process capability & reduce waste.

7. Ensure company’s quality systems, procedures and instructions are followed.

8. Work together with other departments to ensure the successful run of the whole company.

9. To motivate, care & develop people, ensure that staff receives proper training and education to effectively carry out their duties.

10. To focus and organize production KPI review, take action plans to make continuous improvement.

11. Responsible for SAP daily operation and maintenance and development.

12. Other jobs assigned by the leader.

Required Qualifications:

1. University degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineer or related is preferred.

2. Minimum 10 years of manufacturing or production management experience.

3. Excellent English level, both verbal and written.

4. Strong knowledge with ERP systems, master at office software.

5. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Systems, 5S, Six Sigma and Lean.

6. Strong organization & communication skills, and cross-functional leadership, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

7. Good analytical & problems solving & decision making skills, able to work under pressure.

8. Proven leadership, good time management and planning skills.

9. Be reliable, confident, self - motivated, target - oriented with high responsibilities & business ethics.

10. Open minded and good adaptability, stick to the principles but with flexible thinking as well.
