Job Description
As the member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Manufacturing Manager is going to lead the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) manufacturing at our Espoo plant while managing a team of Production Supervisors. Your main responsibilities: Lead the manufacturing teams through production supervisors Increase production efficiency, asset capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards Have accountability to drive and execute manufacturing productivity improvements Co-operate proactively with other functions to resolve/improve issues effectively Develop and support a strong EHS culture Address employees’ issues by coaching, training, and guiding the supervisors and develop employee engagement/motivation Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Solid experience in electrical/electronic/mechanical manufacturing environment Experience with people leadership Sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problem Fluent English and Finnish language skills What we can offer to you: Contract in fast growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Great promotional opportunities – We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible Excellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us #LI-KK2 Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
