• Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target
• Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule
• Technical management and development in machining process.
• New product and process development and design.
• Build up and standardize the manufacturing(Machining) process
• Lead process improvement, drive and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive investigation and closure of non-conformity in Manufacturing Team.
• Be responsible for Fixture & Jig designing, support purchasing and do maintenance regularly, risk evaluation and do testing for process change of new tooling/equipment
• Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing documents, such as PFMEA, Procedure, SOP, WI
• Train shift leaders and operators for procedures, SOP and WI
• Provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems as well as technical support and training about Machining process
• Liaise with the quality assurance department to ensure product quality and specification are consistent, and solve NC with QA and technical departments
• Be responsible of machine maintenance and people management to fit delivery or sales plan
• Promote and improve workshop 5S management

Qualification：

• Bachelor degree or above, manufacturing or mechanic relevant major
• 10 years and above experience of manufacturing manager in a manufacturing factory with solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience & skill
• CNC working experience is must, including manually programming for CNC turning& milling compound machine (FANUC or Siemens)
• Be familiar with mechanical parts measurement technique, can choose proper tools and methodology
• Quality management capability and quality awareness is required
• CET6, good English capability in listening, speaking and written as working language
• People management skill, team-work and stimulation skill is required
• 5S and lean experience is required
• AutoCAD skill required, UG modeling skill is preferred
• Experience in WOFE is preferable
• Medical device background is preferable
• Project management skill is preferable
