• Overlook the design of the product and provide new ideas for automation
• Communicate with testing team to design automation tests
• Reflect on local production process and identify new improvement on process
• Drive new automation setup process
• Evaluate the automation project base on cost saving and production volume

• Degree holder in Industrial/Automation/Manufacturing Engineering related industry
• Knowledge of Auto CAD and Pro/E is a must
• Strong project management skill and organised analytically mind is required
• Self-initiated and able to work flexibly and independently
• Frequently travel in China (Mainly Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Huizhou and Dongguan)
• Fluent in English is a must
