How will you make an impact?
Pivotal person supporting the manufacturing suites who is responsible for preparation and organization of the clinical manufacturing suites through facilitation of buffers, consumables, raw materials and documentation; as well as master batch record preparations and assist with inventory management.
What will you do?
- Ensure all consumables are ordered using SAP and delivered in a timely manner for each production suite
- Ensure all consumables for production processes are accounted for upon delivery to stage process consumables in an organized manner for ease of use in production set-ups
- Assist with obtaining and placement of raw materials and consumables at/from the wipe-down station for entrance into the suite
- Collaborate with manufacturing support systems groups to ensure lines, kits, or assemblies are ready when needed within manufacturing and ensures any missing components can be acquired timely and brought to the manufacturing floor expeditiously
- Confirm buffers & media are available prior to need. Facilitates buffers & media moves to the suites to ensure production processing is not halted and on time processing needs are met
- Documentation of all activities to meet cGMP requirements. Maintain cGMP compliance in assigned work and follow all safety procedures, to include the use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Maintain Raw Materials inventory through use of systems such as Kanban
- Assist with inventory counts within the production suites and coordinates results with Inventory Leads and Procurement
- Assist with management and preparation of manufacturing batch records including record requests/pick-up, reconciliation, record preparation and label management
- Input schedule changes into the BAM and site production schedules
- Perform inventory of the department owned areas and ensure follow up with any inaccurate inventory
- Update and maintain inventory through the SAP system
How will you get here?High School Diploma minimally required. Associate’s degree in science preferred.
Experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Basic purification principles: (i.e. Chromatography, Filtration, Aseptic practices, Formulation, Mixing) a plus
- Clean room experience a plus
- Understanding of processes and equipment
- Understanding ‘why’ and not just the ‘how’ of processes and practices
- PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Math skills
- SAP a plus
