Job Description

• Principle Accountability:

(1) According to the corporate policy and process, lead the shift team’s safety and process training, monitoring production and quality control. Deliver the related process reports and data analysis;

根据公司政策和流程，领导班组的安全和工艺流程培训，监控生产和质量控制，提供相关工艺报告和数据分析;

(2) Lead the execution of Process, Safety SOP and Lean Production. Assist the shift supervisor in addressing, handling or reporting the production/process key issues; 

 主导工艺、安全SOP和精益生产的执行，协助当班主管处理生产/工艺关键问题;

(3) Track and revise the process SOP for best practice by working with the corporate process technology teams; 

 与公司工艺技术团队合作，跟踪和修订工艺SOP，推动最佳实践;

(4) Take a leading role in managing the team’s process training and the related process performance assessment; 

 主导管理团队的过程培训和相关的过程绩效考核;

(5) Any other work assigned by the immediate manager。
