Job Description

Responsibilities:

• According to the corporate policy and process, lead the shift team’s process training, monitoring production and quality control. Deliver various process reports and data analysis;
• Lead the execution of Process, Safety SOP and Lean Production. Assist the shift  supervisor in addressing, handling or reporting the production/process key issues;
• Track and revise the process SOP for best practice by working with the corporate process technology teams;
• Take a leading role in managing the team’s process training and the related process performance assessment;
• Any other work assigned by the immediate manager.
