As a Manufacturing Process Excellence Professional, you will be responsible for: Planning and completing manufacturing process related improvement projects Completing a range of Healthineers Performance Systems (HPS) studies, analysis and concepts, in the manufacturing operations according to defined targets and processes Ensuring a strong sense of urgency and accountability within the manufacturing operations Implementing defined policies and guidelines, and ensuring implementation of processes, procedures, methods and/or tools incorporating our Principles of Healthineers and the Healthineers Performance System (HPS) May oversee - specific - activities of Manufacturing Operators, without leading the team Improve the clarity of technologically demanding and complex processes in an automated production environment for use with a technically diverse workforce This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have practical experience in methods such as: Structured Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, and Agile Visual Management You are a confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, driven to achieve goals and exceed expectations You understand the demands of a manufacturing environment and its needed support You have the ability to inspire trust and influence others in a diverse population You embrace continuous improvement Required skills to have for the success of this role Preferred BS/BA degree, in related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 5-8 years of responsible experience in manufacturing Experience in an ISO and FDA regulated environment preferred Experience in a represented (unionized) environment is a plus At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
