• Bachelor degree and above in mechancial, hydraulics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation.
• Minimum 5 years working experience at quality management.
• Be familiar with relevant quality laws and regulations formulated and promulgated by the state to make the product quality strictly comply with national standards.
• Be familiar with various quality certification systems and certification processes.
• Have professional quality management knowledge and be familiar with quality management workflow，have modern quality management theory and experience,and be familiar with various quality inspection methods and means.
• Have certain leadership ability, have the ability to analyze, judge and deal with problems.
• Systematic Methodological and structured working style, strong coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a complex business environment and international teams and structured communication skills. Strong communication skills dealing with different stakeholders and teams.
