Intel's Ocotillo campus in Arizona is a major hub for Intel's global fabrication, currently going through a major expansion with the construction of two new state-of-the-art factories. Intel's Columbus campus in Ohio is Intel's first greenfield site in the US in decades currently initiating the construction of two more state-of-the-art mega factories.

In this role you will be a key member of the HR Account Teams for Arizona and for Ohio and will play a critical role in delivering end to end the rewards strategies, programs, infrastructure and solutions that will enable Intel's Manufacturing organizations to successfully scale, attracting, engaging and retaining the talent needed to expand Intel's production capacity and deliver to IDM2.0 strategy.


As a Manufacturing Rewards Consultant your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leverage manufacturing business acumen, talent market acumen and compensation expertise to set up the fit for purpose solutions needed in partnership with HR and business leaders to attract, engage and retain talent.

  • Design, develop and implement the compensation plans, programs, policies and incentives that will enable the hiring, ramp and integration of talent at Intel's new factories.

  • Utilize data analytics to identify competitive risks and opportunities, influence decisions and ensure compensation actions are aligned to business priorities.

  • Manage projects and process improvements that benefit global rewards and align with our corporate Total Rewards philosophy.

  • Develop and deploy educational/training programs and materials to equip HR partners with fundamental total rewards skills to enhance their effectiveness in consulting with managers and supporting key initiatives.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Analytical skills and a systems-thinking mindset.

  • Experience developing recommendations, influence decisions and communicate the story of the compensation data.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with 6+ years or Master degree with 4+ years of compensation experience.

  • 4 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and other partnerships within a global setting and working with senior leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Compensation expertise developed in advance manufacturing operations.

  • Advance manufacturing business and finance acumen.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
