As a VTLi Reagent Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Driving an aligned organization to maintain a strong manufacturing team with a healthy and effective employee relations climate Contributing to planning and implementation of production plans Overseeing assigned technologically demanding and complex processes in an automated production environment, which do need a specialized, experienced and well vocationally trained work force Training, development and performance management of shift personnel This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers Working knowledge of lean tools and practices Experience and familiarity with MRP systems including previous experience looking up status of work and material; experience with SAP preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Required skills to have for the success of this role 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role supporting complex assembly or reagent manufacturing Previous experience working in a matrix organization including partnering with other functions (i.e. Engineering, Quality, Logistics) in a manufacturing environment to achieve optimal results Ability to effectively communicate and escalate concerns and challenges as they arise Shift: 3rd Shift, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
