Responsibility

• 日常事务
• 协调与政府部门的沟通、接待政府来访
• 总体协调制造部的各项培训，保证制造部各部门按计划实施、完成
• 协调加班/ 翻班/ 请假/ 工时管理以及月度奖金的发放；
• 负责工厂公共区域的管理，确保安全有序
• 作为 5S 协调员，参加工厂的5S 管理和跟进日常维护。
• 作为 HSE 的 SAQ 的要素负责人之一，参加相关 HSE 管理
• 有关工厂运营管理数据和报告的收集和准备；协助工厂内部会议和推动内部沟通
• 协助工厂内外审协调制造部新员工及时入职和到岗手续办理，包括： IT 账户、电脑、电话、服务器权限的申请；名片制作申请； PPE 发放；锁匙、门禁卡配制；工衣柜分配等。
• 作为工厂代表，协调与行政事务管理公司（ CBRE）的沟通与运作。定期对 CBRE 工作进行回顾评估、改进服务
• 负责公司的自有车辆日常管理，合理安排司机工作时间
• 工厂各项相关费用的下单、收货及分摊
• 负责或参与组织工厂级别的活动如 outing、年会、员工大会等
• 参加 BBS
• 总体负责宣传栏的内容与更新
• 办公区钥匙家具管理
• 其它事务

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• College degree or above.

• Min 3 years working experiences.

• Familiar with Law of PRC & local regulations

• Be able to use English at work
