Drives programs/projects that will improve manufacturing floor. Coordinate improvement through the Virtual factory (VF). Drive system matching prior to system improvements. Conduct situational analysis to determine vision and roadmap. Ensure manufacturing remain ISO compliant to meet quality objectives. Drive VF station controller roadmap to automate compliance to work instructions. Partner with Engineering System to minimize cost of effectively controlled processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with Engineering Major (Prefer Industrial Management/ Industrial System Engineer)
- With good working attitude and hardworking
- Willing to learn and able to adapt in a fast paced working environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
- Based on business need, you may be required to work on 12 hours shift, day or night.
