Core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support and enable manufacturing systems to run production processes and training.
- Receive direction from manufacturing systems engineers in the tasks required in the day or the week based on factory/project priorities.
- Track ticketing systems like early reporting to ensure response and completion of open tasks and actions.
- Comprehend key Manufacturing Systems roles to provide support to the leading engineer.
- Support the implementation of process improvement and create or update training manuals.

The ideal candidate must exhibit the following behavioral traits.
- Discipline, attention to detail and the skills to work under limited supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team work.


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
 

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active student pursuing a Bachelors /Licenciatura or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Intermediate English level.
- At least 70 percent of career completion.

- Intermediate Excel skill (pivot tools, formulas, graphs)

- Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

- Power BI experience
- Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies.
- Skills to manage medium complexity and short notice projects changes to meet customer requirements.
