PRIMARY FUNCTION: Realiza pruebas para la identificación de cualquier condición anormal o de fallas en los productos en producción y determinar causa raíz. Ayuda en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, ensamblaje de prototipos y reparación de estos. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ayudar en el desarrollo e introducción de nuevos diseños. Dar soporte para resolver a las variaciones de UL/CSA en los productos. Realizar pruebas a las muestras que se someteran a inspecciones de UL/CSA de todos los productos que lo requieran. Esto es: 135%, 200%, Recheck, Hot Box, Pruebas electrónicas, Prueba remota, Prueba de hudada y temperatura, entre otras. Dar soporte a los proyectos de mejora de los productos. Analizar y reparar de fallas de productos. Realizar los reportes de pruebas y análisis a los ingenieros de diseño. Introducir los datos de las pruebas termales en la base de datos. Dar soporte a las líneas de producción de la planta, cuando el departamento de diseño lo requiera. Análisis dimensional de partes utilizadas en los productos. Dar soporte a las transferencias de productos. Manejar sistemas de información del producto para buscar BOMs, DWGs, etc Realizar los envíos que se hacen Vía Fedex que se requieren diariamente en el departamento de diseño. Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las función #LI-MG2 Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Bachiller Graduado de técnico en electrónica, mecánica o electromecánica. Conocimientos intermedios de inglés. Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Office. Minimo un año de experiencia en las areas de Diseño/Calidad y/o 2 años de experiencia en el area de manufactura o soporte operativo.
