• Manage the spare parts according to Gobal requirement.
• Execute trainings for Maintenance Technician
• Share of best practice solutions
• Review OEE data and key indicators for use of TPM standard
• Use of CMMS D7i software tool in order to drive global standardization in the maintenance processes
• Live the action plan and develop further
• Manage all maintenance activities of the plants
• Fix problem ASAP
• Support the development/CI of maintenance standards, production equipment and processes
• Correlate OEE and TPM objectives
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts
• Optimize the machine function continuously.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical Engineer, High school degree Electrics/Mechanics or other similar suited degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Open for challenges-drive for results
• Willingness and ability to learn " on the fly"
• Fluent English skills, an additional language would be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility
• Geographic mobility
