Job Title: Marcom Supervisor
Location: Shanghai

Report to: IG Shared Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a marcom supervisor to join our growing team. The successful applicant must have extensive digital marketing experience on managing digital campaigns, working with key influencers, developing digital marketing content and efficiency evaluation, FMCG background working experience would be a plus.

Accountabilities:

？ Build Fluke brand awareness and drive inbound leads by developing digital campaign, including SEM/SEO/Feeds/Social Media and other 3rd party media
？ Develop leads generation or nurturing program via marketing automation platform with sufficient contents, and track the whole process
？ Develop creative concept and ideas to complete marketing communication and new product launch proposal according to Fluke IG strategy
？ Works closely with BU’s marketing team in campaign budget planning and vendor management.
？ Organize field events with necessary logistics, tradeshow, seminar, etc.
？ Create effective sales tools, such as landing page, brochure, application notes, poster, videos, etc.
？ Coordinates closely with the Marketing Manager to carry out branding projects by continuous coordination with the advertising agency.
？ Deliver key message with clear purpose, and evaluate media efficiency through summarize audience feedback and media reported data
？ Any other duty or function that may to be deemed necessary to achieve the company’s objectives

Personal Qualities
？ Bachelor or above 5 years’ experience in marketing, FMCG background would be a plus
？ Passionate in growing brand and in taking on business challenges
？ Team player with flexibility to assess situations and issues from different angle
？ Sound attention for details without losing focus on big picture
？ Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidence
？ Possession of highest personal integrity and standards
？ Results oriented. Self-motivated. Takes initiative with a “can do” attitude
？ Strong communication and presentation skills
？ Good English speaking, writing and reading ability
