Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marine Site Manager for our project in Shekou area. The ideal candidate is someone with strong leadership and teambuilding skills, with a passion for innovation and ability to solve problems.

Main responsibilites

• Project execution and work supervision according to schedule and budget

• Ability to process technical documentation

• Monitoring, coordination and control of deadlines for the various phases of the project

• Managing the change orders which may arise during project execution

• Coordinates logistic

• Work in team with the project manager

  Requirements

• Great knowledge of ship construction and ship systems

• Experience in scrubber systems installation is a plus

• Provide a professional approach to all stages of the project from start-up to final delivery

• Experience from Chinese shipyard is a must

• Bilingual English/Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)

• Familiar with marine documentation

• Strong leadership skills
