職務說明

• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
• Be responsible for brand identity
• To identify target audiences and acquire more brand new members through developing co-op programs for Taiwan market
• Formulate and manage marketing plan, strategies, promotion plans, events, communication programs and work with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution of marketing plan
• Localises where possible marketing materials to ensure relevance and suitability

理想的應徵者

• The successful applicant will have a strong career history in marketing a cosmetic brand(At least 10 years marketing experience).
• You will be a self driven and result-oriented person whom have a talent for brand marketing, advertising as well as excellent communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or business management is preferred.
• Proven leadership scope(at least 2 subordinates scope)
