Market Access Manager

Główne zadania:

·       opracowanie strategii refundacyjnej dla produktu,

·       przygotowanie i obrona „business case” w centrali

·       przygotowywanie wniosków refundacyjnych oraz Pricing & Reimbursement dossier,

·       nadzór nad procesem opracowania raportu HTA, weryfikacja merytorycznej zawartości raportu HTA oraz jego zgodności z przyjętą strategią refundacyjną dla produktu,

·       prowadzenie i koordynowanie działań zespołu „Brand Team” w obszarze Market Access wspierających uzyskanie finansowania ze środków publicznych,

·       monitorowanie procesów refundacyjnych innych firm w postępowaniach prowadzonych przed Ministrem Zdrowia,

Wymagania:

·       wykształcenie wyższe (medyczne, ekonomiczne, zdrowie publiczne będzie atutem),

·       znajomość systemu ochrony zdrowia, szczególnie w obszarze refundacji leków

·       umiejętności analityczne,

·       strategiczne myślenie,

·       radość z pracy w zespole cross-funkcyjnym,

·       umiejętność oraz doświadczenie w budowaniu relacji wewnątrz i na zewnątrz organizacji,

·       umiejętność tworzenia „business case”,

·       kreatywność i proaktywność,

·       bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
