What you’ll do

• You will lead the cross-functional team members to shape the local access strategy, through the Real World Evidence development programmes, the initiation of Therapeutic Area related Health policies and Innovative Value Strategies that demonstrate the value of our medicines within the national reimbursement environment
• You will develop the negotiation strategy and the related Reimbursement Dossiers
• You will build internal and external relationships to enhance our patient-centric approach to  market access and brand strategy development.
• You will ensure timely and flawless patients’ access by suggesting appropriate actions based on active monitoring of the trends on the reimbursement environment and assess their potential impact.
• You will be an active member of the core brand team and bring valid insights to proactively build access strategies and action plans
• You will work with the Global Pricing, Market Access & Global Innovative Value Strategies teams to deliver innovative approaches to ensure patients will gain access to the brands of your responsibility at value-recognizing prices.

Essential for the role

• Bachelor’s degree on Health sciences, Economics or relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare sector (Experience in Market access will be preferred)
• Strategic and Analytical thinking (good numerical skills)
• Proven ability to build strong networking
• Solid understanding of payers and customers’ needs & the national and local reimbursement coverage issues
• Fluency in Greek and English

Desirable for the role

• Master’s degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Healthcare Management  (will be considered an asset)
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel projects
