• Regional government relationship：Through professional visit, establish and maintain good relationships with relevant local government (PHSA/PHC/Local medical association/Tender office)
• Regional medical policy analysis: Understand and keep learning relevant policies, summary and feedback timely.
  • Follow up on the process institutional reform by province –level , study and understand relevant policies in advance;
  • Follow up the price policy of medical service item, analysis of the price policy and provide advice to division, be responsible for application in new medical service item.
  • Manage product tendering : Keep track government of the price (payment standard) in the region; Understand sunshine policy and centralized procurement information, analyze policy and formulate timely strategies according to division business requirements and be responsible for tendering process management .Maximize product win the tender at a reasonable price.
• Product market access: Responsible for new medical service item, reimbursement payment and tendering operations.
• Communication and management：Internal communication：Good cooperation and coordination with regional sales、marketing 、distributors and other departments , understand business needs and provide maximum support to business development from market access; Lead relevant colleagues to win in city-level access and special projectsExternal communication: Build and maintain relationships with government organizations, medical associations, healthcare groups and trust to influence reimbursement, treatment and usage recommendations, and funding decisions favorable to company’s products. Establish a professional market access image in the industry
