Job Description
  • Liaising with senior internal stakeholders while connecting with customers (distributor, traditional and e-commerce channel partners, HCPs, service providers etc) and the sales team to translate the organisation vision into an effective marketing and sales strategy keeping in mind the local market dynamics
    • Coordinate stakeholder and market needs to define, plan and implement product launch and marketing strategies to end user and retail partners.
    • Manage all aspects of the pre and post-launch product life cycle, including monitoring and reporting on the in-market activity, responding with tactical development and marketing activities to ensure continued profitability and growth
    • Create opportunity to enhance existing and identify new opportunities to increase growth and sell through opportunities across all channels
    • Planning and implementing customer presentations positioning Abbott as the expert partner of choice for self tests
    • Manage and negotiate contracts with retailers, distributors, etc.
    • Develop and implement marketing communication and activities ( ATL, BTL and digital) to establish a market leading position and grow brand equity
    • Manage the online retail channels
    • Acquiring new customers and continue to build existing relationships
  • Forecasting and inventory management
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
  • Work with cross functional teams locally and regionally
