Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conducts market strategy, tactics and segmentation analysis based on MAHLE’s products, customer needs and buying behavior
• Conducts market, customers and competitors study
• Collects and analyzes competitors’ market share info by market research
• Uses various techniques to predict customer acceptance (e.g. conjoint analysis) and competitor reaction (e.g. value mapping, game theory)
• Applies understanding of overall market trends, customer needs and competitor motivation to take action and shape the evolution of the industry to MAHLE’s advantage
• Composes various market research reports on automobile industry
• Other tasks required

Your Skills & Strengths

• Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be a plus
• 3~5 years' working experience, 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
• Good written and oral English skills
• Knowledge of macro-economy, new energy vehicle market
• Ability of business intelligence analysis, market intelligence analysis, competitor intelligence analysis
• Good learning skills, Goal-orientated working style
• Excellent PC skills (MS-Office, Lotus Notes)
• Communication skill, Team working, ability of solving conflicts
