Your Tasks and Responsibilities: •Creating and preparing detailed proposals and contracts, taking full ownership of the projects assigned. •Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently •Develop and implement events to engage actively internal and external stakeholders to secure integration, and customer focus and maximize impact, and evaluate and track the success of events, and tradeshows. •Project leader in planning, management, implementation and overall coordination of marketing-initiated activities and events, including the activity/event planning, vendor communication on implementations, customer (external/internal) logistic arrangement, communication materials preparations, onsite coordination, post-event follow-up etc. •Proactively taking on new, creative, and impactful initiatives in events and tradeshows •Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and visual identity. •Collaborate with procurement to manage agency performance to ensure project result. •Keep good relationship with organizer of tradeshow, keep the market leader positioning in public platform via various communication events and tradeshow •Budget management and monitor campaign results •Collaborate with internal business units to plan and execute the exhibition. •Responsible for all project budgets from inception to completion. Your Qualifications and Experience •Experience in event management is a must and occupying similar role for at least 5 years is a must •Ideally, you will have marketing/pr/communications capacity background and developed experience in managing projects •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or related is a must •Enthusiastic, engaging, and robust - able to adapt your style to the needs of the situation while safeguarding the interests of the practice and relevant relationships •Ability to develop project schedules and monitor the project program - project controls •Skills to draft, monitor and update work plans to ensure all projects are running within the prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. •Promote open communication among projects owners, other public or private agencies, and internal project team members in a structured and managed way •Comfortable working in a multi-discipline environment, interfacing with the broader team (core disciplines, medical specialists, modalities, and customers). •Prepare and/or review contractual invoices and project payment requests and makes recommendations to Project Leader •Champion Health and Safety both during the design and/or construction phases of the project. •Have the necessary skills to help manage the financial health of the Project •Experience and ability to work with contractors and sub-contractors •Manage the flow of project correspondence •Act in the Capacity of the Project Leader in his or her absence. •Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve targets/service level agreements •Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed •Knowledge of virtual and hybrid events is a must •Fluency in English is a must. Possessing another language will be an added advantage •Solid previous experience in direct dealing with corporate clients. •Possessing a can-do flexible attitude all the time and can work well under pressure.
