As a Market Delivery Associate in Wilmington, DE, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As a Market Delivery Associate (MDA), you will be responsible for working directly with our Brand teams and will have full accountability for delivery of content, brand assets and product launches. The Market Delivery Associate will understand the business and customer experience goals, and will work closely with all agency partners, preferred suppliers and internal cross-functional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing assets.  They will also maintain a working knowledge of brand content strategies, and be able to activate various partners to deliver content as needed.

• Work directly with our creative agencies and our preferred suppliers to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, social media assets, and search strategies.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of Brand strategy and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
• Develop brand content expertise for the use, maintenance and application of master content to promotional materials
• Work as a content expert to support the creation of digital and print promotional materials using designated modular content
• Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the content & asset production lifecycles
• Align with Brand Marketing Manager, Agency of Record and Preferred Production Suppliers (PPS), and other partners, on production milestones, risk management, and resolution
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders
• Gather requirements through scope clarification dialogue with Brand representatives at initiation and throughout projects
• Responsible for Preferred Production Supplier (PPS) budget management
• Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery of assets

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Three years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or advertising agency
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships across Brand, creative agency and production agency teams
• Project management abilities with experience in managing complex and concurrent projects
• Independent worker with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Background

• Experience managing digital assets
• 2-3 years’ experience in content management including metadata management
• Demonstrated familiarity with metadata standards, editorial standards, communication standards, and classification systems; attention to detail
• Broad knowledge of library tools, systems, and resources in corporate organizations. Solid technology background, including Microsoft Office Suite software, and familiarity with trends in delivery of electronic information
• HTML experience desirable
• Familiarity or experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare industry
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment: "Lead without authority"
