• Identify, assess, develop new business opportunities in China Beauty leading to successful commercialization efforts. 

• Drive Beauty sales growth, by connecting with broader commercial front end team 

• Work with partners and key stakeholders in the industry to offer a solution for customers and drive market adoption. 

• Build a pipeline of prospective customers, develop and support customer pilots and deployments.

• Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights as well as global branding trends. 

• Surface new ideas, product applications and solutions to development teams 

• Communicate and link key value propositions, differentiators to customers to help craft customized go-to-market strategies.

• Deep understanding of the Chinese Beauty market. 

• Ability to develop go-to market strategy, as well as execute activities in cross functional matrix structure 

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with expertise and senior contacts in relevant retail industries 

• Detail oriented, project management and communication skills a must. 

• Strong influencing skills and storytelling skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization, ability to gain buy-in from senior-level executives. 

• Have a solid understanding of finance and ROI analysis. 

• Working knowledge of the RFID industry required as a plus. 

• A demonstrated track record in developing and executing new business opportunities. 

• Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and organizational skills. 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required

• Up to 25% travel
