Job Description
Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities in Logistics China leading to successful commercialization efforts.
Define market strategy, localisation priorities and where to play.
Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, and present business case.
Develop and support customer pilots,with agreed success criteria to lead to a deployment.
Develop value pricing and propositions for customers.
Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights as well as global branding trends.
Surface new ideas, product applications and solutions to development teams.
Craft customized go-to-market strategies for regions and individual customers.
Develop repeatable and scalable business growth.
Develop and maintain working relationships with business partners at the customers’ orgs.
Collaborate with other business units to present an integrated solution proposal to customer.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of the RFID industry preferred.
Deep understanding of the Chinese market .
Ability to work well in cross functional matrix structure.
10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with expertise and senior contacts in relevant retail industries.
Good communication skills
Strong influencing skills and storytelling skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization, ability to gain buy-in from senior-level executives.
A demonstrated track record in developing and executing new business opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
