• Define New Retail market strategy, localisation priorities and where to play.

• Craft customized go-to-market strategies for regions and individual customers.

• Develop Ecosystem and business cooperation model for New Retail segment 

• Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities in Logistics China leading to successful commercialization efforts.

• Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, and present business case.

• Develop and support customer pilots, with agreed success criteria to lead to a deployment.

• Develop value pricing and propositions for customers.

• Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights as well as global branding trends.

• Surface new ideas, product applications and solutions to development teams.

• Develop repeatable and scalable business growth.

• Develop and maintain working relationships with business partners at the customers’ orgs.

• Deep understanding of the Chinese retail and new retail market and ecosystem .

• Working knowledge of the RFID industry preferred..

• Ability to work well in cross functional matrix structure.

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales or channel management or retail supply chain, with expertise and senior contacts in relevant retail industries.

• Good communication skills

• Strong influencing skills and storytelling skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization, ability to gain buy-in from senior-level executives.

• A demonstrated track record in developing and executing new business opportunities.

• Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.

• Up to 40% travel
