Support Chief Officer Market Development with market development project initiatives.
Provide analysis and coordination to support market development project initiatives. This includes support chief in identifying appropriate business/market opportunity that serves the short and long-term interests of AIA Cambodia, providing analysis to quantify and qualify such opportunities and coordinating various activities and stakeholders in delivery of such opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of market information to identify market opportunity for AIA Cambodia expansion (Collecting data and conducting Desktop research)
• Coordinate, and where possible manage, market development project initiatives to desirable outcome
• Make end to end arrangements for meetings and events related to market development activities as advised by line managers
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Hold a bachelor degree in mathematic, finance, statistics or other related field.
• At least 3 years experience in project coordination, or similar field involving multiple stakeholders
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly advanced excel
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Proactive and Positive can-do attitude
