Job Description

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Tracking study and primary research management

  • Manage tracking study to monitor pediatric brand performance
  • Parter with marketing/sales/CRM strategy development, understand business situation, Initiate proper primary research study that answers to business questions
  • Work with Sr manager for holistic market./brand and consumer analysis based on various information sources/studies

People Management

  • Manage internal/external resource and vendors to achieve the research objectives.
  • Influence, train the cross functional teams on insights generation and how to leverage knowledge in key decision making

Research Budget Handling

  • Faciliate research team budget management process (Account setup, payment, contract)
  • Provide budget update to management team
  • Research vendor management to make sure quality/on-time delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:

  • Solid market research skills, for both qualitative and quantitative studies;
  • Has experience on soical listening,  tracking study or panel study;
  • Infant milk formula industry experience is a plus.

Position experiences:

  • 8+ year research experiences in agency and/or in-house;
  • Strong management skills, including agencies management, multi-task executions, etc.
  • Independently handle all products research condination & projects with each working unit;
  • In-house experience is preferred;
