Responsibilities:

ü Work closely with S&L internal clients and different SBUs stakeholders. Get fully involved in supply market intelligence projects related to commodities like special chemicals, energy, and packaging materials.

ü Fully lead the Direct buy-space intelligence work globally. Also support indirect and logistics projects from time to time.

ü Proactively gather data from day-to-day practice, analyze and generate market intelligence insights based on stakeholders’ requests.

ü Support Souring decision making in negotiation and strategy development by provide timely & in-depth market intelligence deliverables, including supplier profiling, market trend analysis, supplier competitive landscape analysis, etc. Master various MI tools such as SWOT analysis, Porter Five Force analysis, benchmarking, Financial ratio analysis, Cost modeling, etc.

ü Coordinate and effectively deliver major disruption/key event advisories with clear methodology and logical thinking, such as high-level supplier playbook, mergers & acquisitions report, supply chain impact analysis.

ü Present the reports to global stakeholders with fluent oral English.

Qualifications:

? Master’s degree or above, preferred in chemical related major

? Minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experiences in B2B chemical/Material/Nutrition related industries. Preferred market intelligence/business analytics/consulting role

? A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution proposal based on facts and advanced data analysis

? Good logical thinking and analytical skills, detail-oriented, quick learner

? Very strong competency in MS office operations, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

? Good at time management, able to handle pressure and commit to deadlines

? Excellent work ethic and good team player

? Proficient in oral & written English and good presentation skills
