【Job Description】
The main responsibilities of market research consultants include but are not limited to:
1. Conduct in-depth research on the tourism market of Tokyo, Japan, collect, sort out and analyze various data of the local tourism industry, including but not limited to the distribution of tourism resources, price trends of tourism products, changes in tourist flow, tourism consumption habits and market strategies of competitors, and produce accurate, detailed and in-depth market analysis reports with specific pictures and videos. Provide data support for company decision making.
2. Developed and implemented market research plans as required, regularly visited tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, transportation hubs and other tourism-related places in Tokyo, focusing on the investigation of relevant restaurants and consumer passenger flow, to ensure that the company's understanding of Tokyo's tourism market remained cutting-edge and accurate, and provided a basis for the company's marketing strategy.
3. Monitor tourism market trends, predict market changes, and put forward innovative market development ideas and product optimization suggestions based on research results to help the company maintain competitive advantages and increase market share.

To be qualified for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
1. Lived in Tokyo, Japan for a long time, familiar with the local environment, have a basic command of Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can communicate with local people in Japan fluently.
2. Able to independently complete the planning, implementation and report writing of research projects, with experience in tourism market research or in-depth understanding of the Japanese tourism market is preferred.
3. Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with internal and external partners of the company, obey the company's arrangement, have strong ability to work under pressure and adapt, and be able to independently complete tasks in a high-intensity working environment to ensure work quality and progress.
